As one of more seasoned employees, Shane’s incredible ability to open the lines of communication with anyone and everyone translates well to his work as our Moderation Mastermind. With seven years of experience with Insight Safari, he has explored the rational and emotional drivers of consumers’ behaviors across a vast range of industries, to include: alcoholic beverages, infant feeding, technology, healthcare, millennials, food and beverage, among others.
His enthusiasm and personable nature bring energy to focus group and in-person interviews; he has a knack for establishing respondent comfort and encouraging openness among respondents.
During on-site fieldwork, he helps coordinate the many complex logistics of in-person qualitative research, and lends crucial support to the analytic team throughout analysis. Shane possesses keen observation skills, making him a perceptive and intuitive analyst.
