He brings together in-depth technology knowledge, comprehensive business process engineering skills and senior management experience in both Fortune 100 and start-up companies. Ron’s talent lies in developing smart, streamlined operations and technology systems; he lays the groundwork behind the scenes to help his clients work at top efficiency.
Ron was a Senior Vice President with Bank of America for eight years leading teams creating high speed, high volume websites and large transactional banking solutions. Hespecialized in upgrading the systems to the latest technology and techniques and utilizing both off- and on-shore resources.
He was the Director of Application Management with Compass Technology Management, a Virginia technology start-up, where he and his team worked with their clients to establish and support large and small scale computer and telephony solutions. He received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the University of Victoria in Victoria, B.C., Canada. Additionally, he is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt and ITIL Practitioner.
